Filtering Audio Requests
It would be nice if I could filter the requests for English by by the native language of the speaker. I'm studying Korean right now and I'd rather do recordings for Korean speakers because that seems like it would help me get recordings for my Korean requests too. I've had some requests sit there for years without a response but then years later someone will record something. I appreciate the recording but if it's years later I've probably moved onto studying something else.

Allow users to search with filters
Searching existing recordings and content is difficult. I would love to see some search filter options like "single sentences only" or by text length.

Filters to sort requests (queue) or date in the preview
We could have the default order and add filters like: date, no responses, language, length maybe
The first pages of requests are from 3 years ago at best and go older. Many of us want to help people to find a quicker response and one that they actually see. And we want our requests to be seen as well.
It's really hard to go page by page clicking every single request to look for the date

Create a section for proof-reading and grammar check request
Create a section for proof-reading and grammar check requests, so that native speakers can check texts or make suggestions. It could be similar to the review (Step 1) in the audio request section

Specific Day to Day Vocabulary for Occupations and Events
Have experts in different fields provide translations of every day vocabulary uses for specific events (football, tennis, golf, olympics, hunting, fishing etc. and occupations....

Make a cell phone version/improve page functionality
I found the website difficult to use on my phone. The review box for submitted text for instance would not scroll properly and it was hard to read the tiny text on my iPhone 6S screen.
Also I had to click on links multiple times to get them to go through. There isn’t an obvious way to click back to see more requests once you’ve finished with one. Now I see the help others button at the top, the site is just not entirely user friendly in general. Great idea though.

There should be a way to filter users by date of their posts, that is, to know those who are active and the ones who are not.

Allow other users to flag requests that are complete so that they are removed from the queue
Particularly for transcripts, there are requests that are complete but sometimes the person that completed the transcript did not mark it as complete or did not write in the correct end time, so they still show up as incomplete on the queue. It would be great if there was a way for other users to flag the request so that the request can be marked as complete and removed from the queue.

This means that natives have less work to do.... and so more likely to help you..., so you can cut down the time needed for the native, so the native only needs to go through and check/correct your work, rather than type everything from scratch!

Allow commenting from the request queue
I listened to a recording in the queue tagged English, but it was Turkish. There was no way to say so. I clicked "transcribe" and suggested in the transcription box that they should resubmit with the correct setting. After submitting that, only THEN did the comments boxes appear.

For example today there was a video post: English / inglés nativo, inglés verdadero by martamoya1996 asking for English transcription. But the video has English subtitles, so asking someone else to transcribe it in English isn't needed. Not offensive or abusive but not really an appropriate request either but there is no way to report that easily.

Punish leechers.
Highlight active users, helpful users, and handicap users who take help but don't transcribe themselves. Most of my postings haven't been transcribed, but there doesn't seem to be a way to improve the chances of them getting done.
