Particularly for transcripts, there are requests that are complete but sometimes the person that completed the transcript did not mark it as complete or did not write in the correct end time, so they still show up as incomplete on the queue. It would be great if there was a way for other users to flag the request so that the request can be marked as complete and removed from the queue.
