Change the recorder not to use Silverlight!
HTML5 could be a good alternative since it is well-supported on mobile devices! In fact Silverlight is the only reason I do not use this service as much as I would like :(

We are happy to announce that the old recorder is gone, and a new one is there in its place! The new recorder does not need any browser plugins, instead it uses new HTML5 audio capabilities that weren’t available a few years ago.
Since this is a newer web technology, it works in the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Brave and Opera on the major desktop operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux), as well as Chrome and Firefox for Android. Safari and Edge don’t support this new web audio recording ability yet, but we expect they will adopt the new standard eventually. But hey, something is better than nothing! In-browser recording is back!

Thanks for the great job!

Anonymous: We did not change anything to the recorder. It stills works for me in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I used to avoid the Silverlight problem by recording on Internet Explorer instead of Chrome, my usual browser. Today I tried to record a clip and discovered that you have changed something, and now I have the Silverlight problem on Explorer too! Your December 15 RS Support comment, above, says you are aware of the Silverlight problem. So why would you expand the problem to affect Explorer as well?

Yes, I agree Sergey.
"Your browser does not support the silverlight. " (Google Chrome 46)
and then Internet Explorer 11 says; "Your browser does not support playing this audio file." :/
