Simplify
Simplify the page! I'm seeing literally hundreds of words on the page right now, and about 20 of them are relevant to me. All the rest is what Tufte would call "chartjunk" (were this a chart).

Agreed. I love the concept of RhinoSpike but the site would benefit a lot from a complete design overhaul in order to make it more userfriendly and look more professional at the same time.
