Establish groups to help people find language partners

I think it would be great to establish groups to help people find language partners (for Skype etc.) and maybe even small lessons created by users such as pronunciation guides/ do's don't etc. which can have audio created by the poster.

    There are other websites that already do a good job of this. RhinoSpike website appears to be unusually well-done. If they try to do too many things, the quality is likely to suffer.
